Sure♦Blade™ Diamond Laser Scalpel (DLS)

The Diamond Laser Scalpel has regulatory approval in the USA, EU, Japan and Korea. The approved indications are for soft tissue incision and/or excision, with laser energy for coagulation or without laser energy in: neurosurgery, ophthalmology, dental and oral surgery, oto-rhino-laryngology, plastic surgery, general surgery, urology, gynecology and podiatry.

Diamond Laser Endoprobe (DLE)
A next generation minimally invasive tool is the Diamond Laser EndoProbe, which uses the Company’s patented flexible hollow fiber to provide an endoscopic/laparoscopic disposable delivery system for CO2 laser energy.
The open ended DLE enables precise tissue incisions/ablations and creates simultaneous non invasive shallow coagulation. The DLE with diamond tips, prisms or windows enables cutting and ablation in contact mode with concurrent coagulation in fluid filled cavities of the body.

Fiber Guide Cable (FGC)
The Fiber Guide Cable is a laser delivery system that consists of a flexible hollow fiber with a proprietary and patented inner coating armored with a patented metal sheath. The FGC is part of the Clinicon Diamond Laser System and propagates laser energy efficiently from the laser unit to Clinicon’s unique surgical tools and accessories.

FGC Adapter Kit
The FGC Adapter Kit consists of a coupling turret that carries beam launch optics and mechanical precision adjustment parts with focusing optics. This unique and patent protected assembly connects the Clinicon FGC to the energy output coupler of various leading manufacturers’ laser systems.

SureScan Laser Scanner
The SureScan is a patented multi-wavelength laser scanning system that can be connected, via mirror arm or fiber, to a visible, ultraviolet or infrared laser system for the widest variety of clinical applications. Connected to a CO2 laser, the SureScan performs Laser Skin Resurfacing to improve cosmetic flaws, such as wrinkles, acne scars, spider veins, and aging and damaged skin.
Laser resurfacing is a technique wherein molecular bonds of tissue are dissolved by a computer controlled fast moving, small laser spot at high power densities with relatively short exposures. A software program is presently added to the SureScan features that will enable the user to perform a newer modality of skin treatment known as fractional skin resurfacing.
